"Why is this so much cheaper than agencies?"
We feature a screened bench shared across multiple hiring companies — same vetted candidates available to several buyers at once. That spreads sourcing cost across more deals, which is how we charge a flat RM8,000 instead of 15–25% of salary. The work behind each candidate is the same; the price is split.
"How is this different from a recruitment agency?"
Agencies search for a candidate after you brief them, charge 15–25% of salary on hire, and often expect a retainer up front. We don't search from scratch — we feature a pre-screened bench, share it across hiring companies in our network, and only invoice RM8,000 when you make a hire. No retainer, no per-search clock.
"When will I see candidates?"
As we feature new talent each week, you receive matches relevant to your open roles — there's no "search clock" because the bench is already screened. Pace depends on which stack and seniority you're hiring; on the scoping call we'll be upfront about typical timing for your role.
"What does 'vetted' mean?"
Every featured candidate has been phone-screened by one of our recruiters. We confirm: they're actively looking, their salary expectation fits your budget, and they're available to start. We don't claim to predict culture-fit — that's what your interview is for.
"Is there a contract?"
Yes. A short engagement agreement, signed on the scoping call before any candidate is introduced. The agreement has a 12-month claim window: if you hire a candidate we introduced — through us or any other channel — within 12 months, RM8,000 is due. Standard recruitment industry term, protects both sides.
"What if I'm not happy with the candidates?"
You pay nothing. There's no retainer to refund and no contract to break — the only invoice ever generated is on hire. We keep featuring matches; you stay or leave at no cost.
