How TribeHired works for you

The short version: you set up once, stay in control of who sees you, and each day we bring you one matched role and send you in for it. Here's the detail.

How we find jobs

We watch the market for roles that fit your stack. Some are warm intros to founders in our 12-year network; the rest are roles companies post publicly, which your AI agent puts you forward for — by name, one at a time. Never sprayed.

Each day we pick the single best fit and, unless you cancel, send you in for it. Some days there's nothing worth your name — so we send nothing. We'd rather send one great role than pad your feed.

Roles are as fresh as the public market. Once in a while one may already be filled — we tell you honestly and never pretend otherwise.

We always reach out for you — that part's on us and never something you have to do. When you want to add your own push, you can also reach out yourself: apply with our help, or connect with the hiring lead on LinkedIn.

Reaching out yourself — your optional moves

We always put you forward ourselves — that part's automatic, and you never have to lift a finger. But if you'd like to add your own push, a matched role gives you two optional moves. Think of them as different doors into the same company: using both is stronger, not double.

Apply with AI. When a role has an application form, we can fill it for you on the company's own site — your details in the boxes, and we draft the write-in answers for you to make your own. You always review and hit submit — the AI never sends anything for you. It's a quick one-time browser add-on (Chrome, on desktop); on your phone or another browser, you can still open the application on the company's site and apply there. We don't store your applications.

Connect on LinkedIn. Once a role's out, you can also reach the likely hiring lead yourself. We draft a short note for you to make your own, and it sends from your LinkedIn — so it's personal, and it doesn't touch your daily send. You stay in control: connect, add the note, send.

Both are optional. Do nothing and we're still reaching out for you — these just add your own voice.
How screening works

A screening is a short, friendly 20-minute video call with a TribeHired interviewer. We talk through what you've actually done and what you're looking for, so a company can move forward to the 2nd-round interview.

Once you've done it, you're a screened candidate. Because the same screening is reused for every company hiring your stack, you only ever do it once — you don't repeat it for each employer.

It's always free to you — companies pay for the screening, never you. And there's nothing to prepare: just be yourself and have a good conversation.

A company only pays to screen you once they want to move you forward, so you'll never be asked to book one out of the blue.
Privacy & hiding

You stay in control of who can see you. Your current employer is blocked by default — we detect them from your CV and you confirm — and you can add any other company too: a competitor, a former boss, a company where a friend works.

We match the block to the company itself, by name — so it applies whether they're already on TribeHired or join later, not just to whoever's signed up today.

We do our best, but blocking is best-effort — a different company domain or a personal account could slip through, so we'll never promise it's airtight. Beyond your block list, you're only ever shown to companies actively hiring your skills.

How interviews work

When a company wants to meet you, they propose a few times and you pick the one that works — or suggest your own if none fit. That's it: it's booked, and you meet them directly. No application to chase, no middleman in the conversation.

Some companies interview you straight away; others ask for a screening first. Either way, the request lands in your profile and your inbox, and nothing moves forward until you choose a time.

If it goes well, you negotiate and accept the offer directly with the company. It's always free to you — companies pay for the screening, never for hiring you.
